- Posters should be in the A0 format (of course smaller posters will also fit in, but are less visible)
- Posters have to be brought as a hardcopy by the presenter. There are copy shops in town, including one near campus, but we have not researched prices or the time required to print a poster. So it is easiest to bring it with you if at all possible.
- The poster session will be preceded by two flash talk sessions, where the presenters will have ~1-2 minutes to advertise their material. Participation in the flash talks is voluntary, i.e. it is perfectly ok to present a poster but not a flash talk. If you wish to give a flash talk, please provide us with strictly one slide only in PDF format by August 21, midnight Central European Summer time, by upload on the Indico page.
