DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Sandro Wimberger (Università di Parma)\n\nWe compar
e two different numerical methods to integrate nonlinear Schrödinger equa
tions. In particular\, we are interested in the Schrödinger-Poisson model
with an auto-gravitating potential created by the wave function density i
tself. We understand and can control the unusual relaxation process occurr
ing in one dimension due to the scale-free long-range interaction. The for
mation of structure is investigated for localized as well as noisy initial
states\, for static and expanding background\, as well as in real- and im
aginary-time evolution. Our findings are relevant for the interpretation of
simulation data modeling nonrelativistic fuzzy cold dark matter in reduce
d dimensions\, in the quest for testing such models\, and for possible lab
 oratory implementations of them.\nReferences1. T. Zimmermann\, N. Schwerse
